Fees
The fee covers all instruction and short course materials.
- Individual Registration: $2,350
- Group Registration: $2,000 per person (Available to teams of 5 or more attendees from the same organization within the public or private sector. All individuals in the group do not need to register at the same time, but all registrations must be received by Friday, July 12.)

If you are unable to register online, you may request a printable registration form.
Confirmation
Penn State Conferences and Institutes will confirm your registration. You will be alerted promptly of any cancellations or changes. If some unforeseen event forces Penn State to cancel or postpone the program, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee; however, the University cannot be held responsible for any related costs, including cancellation fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
Cancellation
If you would need to cancel, a partial refund may be assessed at the discretion of conference leadership, minus a $50 administrative fee. To request a refund, cancellation requests must be received in writing by July 17, 2024, by email at PSUconferences@psu.edu.
Substitutions
Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may identify a substitute. A full refund will be issued after the substitution registration has been completed. A registration form and full payment by the substitute are required. Substitutes are eligible to register at the same fee.
